Ad Call a request for a creative (e.g., display, video, native ad format). The ad call can be initiated client-side by a user's client (e.g., mobile app or browser) or server-side (e.g., publisher ad server) to request the creative. The ad call will include technographic information about the user's client, ID associated with the user's client and often publisher information about where the creative will render or the pipeline for the creative to reach the user's client, such as publisher ID, size, location, referring URL, etc.
